Video production is still inaccessible as a career path for many people. Bridget productions is committed to championing diverse talent behind the camera, and will bring a paid trainee onto every set, through our trainee scheme.
The scheme aims to give an introduction to video production, providing an insight into whichever department our trainees want to explore, as well as provide connections and industry contacts for future work.
Bridget will also provide mentorship as our trainees step out into the world of production, and be there for additional support in the early stages of their careers.
